Very few people live in landed homes in Singapore and even fewer live in Bungalows and Good Class Bungalows, which probably explains why they are so desirable. Due the the small size of the city state, every sq foot of land are diligently planned to intensify land use in Singapore, the likelihood for increase supply of lands for Bungalow housing is indeed limited. Hence the bungalow housing segment are very prestigious, very expensive and very exclusive. Its often called the ultra rich man’s homes.
